How to retrieve your username or password

2. Click "FORGOT USERNAME/PASSWORD" button.

3. If you need your username, you will enter your email address and select "Continue".

4. Once you click select, an email will be sent to the address that was entered.

5. If you need your password, you will select the username that you have on file.

6. You have two options:

• Answer the security question that was entered when you set up the account.
• Have the password emailed to you.
